Shipping Information
Upon placing your order with us, rest assured that we meticulously hand-select and thoughtfully package your items.
Following your order placement, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. If your package has a tracking number, we will send it to you via email once it has been issued.
Our shipping services covers Canada and the United States.
Canadian Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping for orders over $100 CAD before tax.
We also offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 on all other orders to Canadian addresses.
If you reside in Edmonton, AB you can choose "Local Pick Up" at check-out . We will contact you to inform you when your items are ready.
US Shipping Rates
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders shipped to US addresses will be quoted shipping costs based on location and the weight and size of the package being shipped.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
